EXCO Meeting
Dear all current board members,
There will be a meeting on 18th November, 2009, after our exams to discuss and plan certain issues in ahead of the upcoming semester. Details of the meeting are as below :

Venue : UMCO Room
Agenda for the meeting:
1. Employment of instrument instructors
2. Drafting a guideline for new instructors
3. Electing a member to be in charge of instrument classes
4. Drafting a sectional practice timetable
5. HEP paperworks for recruiting new members
6. End of semester account report
7. Concert-related matters
Attendance is compulsory for all current board members.
