Below would be the proposed meeting agenda for our meeting on 1st October 2009, under the presence of our advisor.

1. 2009/2010 Annual concert

• Brief introduction to concert
• Sharing of experience by previous concert committee
• Briefing of posts
• Election of new committee members
• Selection of concert theme and songs to perform

2. USM Concert trip

• Fees, transportation, insurance
• Rough head-count (for those who are interested in attending)
  

3. Proposal for a mini-concert (pre-annual concert event)

• Giving students of UMCO a chance to perform in a small scaled concert before a major one
