Concert Meeting : 1/10/2009
Dear members,
Please note that there will be a meeting on 1st October, 8pm at the UMCO room to elect a new committee for our 2009/2010 annual concert. Our advisor would also be attending to oversee the meeting.
Proposed agenda for the meeting:
1. Brief introduction to concert
2. Sharing of experience by previous concert committee
3. Briefing of posts
4. Election of new committee members
5. Selection of concert theme and songs to perform
New members are strongly encouraged to take part and gain experience through organizing this concert :)
